Since Allah the almighty created human society, He set human relations forms based on regulations, conditions and rules that set-dealing rules in public life based on justice, nobility of characters, respect individuals rights and not trespassing over prohibitive.

To warn the deceived people from their unawareness there was a need of the sound of sharia to be raised to argue ignorant people of rules and remove the haze from the fancying people and who mix right and wrong.

His Eminence released a fatwa of forbidding tips that employees are imposing in return of serving petitioners in offices and work locations that they work in and they are receiving wages and salaries from their work places.
His Eminence considered illicit gain is every benefit or profit that some people are achieving through raising goods prices that the Government is providing to citizens and sale it in black market or manipulating the estimation of some competent body needs of goods that the government is priced in an intention of trading the additional quantity in black market.
