Babylon customs, al Najef real estate office and al-thelal traffic office are the most corrupted during October

COI declared that  Babylon customs, al Najef  real estate office and al-thelal traffic office are the most corrupted  during the last October.

COI mentioned in data of analyzed of  its monthly surveys regarding the rate of taking bribery in state offices that directorate of Babylon customs recorded more 51% in the rate of  surveyed persons about the phenomenon, followed by the directorate of al Najef real estate office with 26%, General Directorate of Traffic in althelal site -Baghdad more than 18%, Directorate of Education Rusafa the first with more than 14%, Al Zahra Hospital with more than 12%, Municipality Directorate of Ramadi, Directorate of Agriculture in Kirkuk more than 10% and the Municipality  of New Baghdad about 10%.

The commission report regarding the survey  mentioned that it was conducted in 387 offices across the country except Kurdistan region and included 21810  from the petitioners,16296 men and 5335 women, and neglect mentioning the sex of 179 persons.

the bribe payers under survey, their rate was 3.38%,  attributed their illegal behavior to different excuses, some of them said,31.34%. they forced to do so that the office delay or hindering the petitions, 19.27 % from the petitioners accused the public officials of asking bribe and 28.90% wanted to accelerate his petition while 3.13%   of them admitted that there petitions were not legal as 4% presented various pretexts. while 34.87% refused to disclose the reasons of  giving bribery.

20361 from the petitioners under survey denied obliging the citizen to pay the bribe to carrying out their petitions against 1123  claimed they were forced to that while 326 do not showed their opinion.

18187 from the petitioners emphasized that they are not faced difficulties to accomplished there petitions while 3362 faced difficulties except 261 were not showed their opinion.
