COI called all the officials in the state to complete signing their Employees to Code of Conduct in the next six months from this year and putting it in their personal files in order not to submit to administrative and legal procedures.
A team in the preventive office in COI said in the two seminars for Ministry of Transportation and Shiite Divan that COI committees will start in 2014 comprehensive program to check an employee’s Files in the state, finding those whom did not response to sign Code of Conduct and referred them to judicial authorities.
A team clarified that Code of Conduct represents the legal commitments of the employee concerning the office, citizens to respect an employment responsibilities to achieve their works with highest performance, loyalty and indiscrimination towards petitioners due to any reasons, preserving the public money, keeping the state confidentiality, avoiding an abuse of power and aimed to achieve personal benefits or citizens embezzlements, dominating on the state money or exposing the public money to danger.
Spokesmen disclosed number of corrupt cases, abusing public money, holding double function thought sinning Code of Conduct, they mentioned that the offenders were referred to judicial authorities to make the legal procedures against them which might be removed or to imprisonment.
The two seminars demonstrated Code of Conduct articles, its legal acts representing by COI law no’’30’ for the year 2011, Civil law, Employee Disciplinary Act in addition to the criminals laws articles.
Many participants displayed in the discussions in the two seminars some of the corrupt cases, bad relationships between the employees where many of them complain from the mistreatment of their directors, violating the rules and the official commitments relations.
