CoI: seniors from the third of public offices respond to disclose their financial assets but the lowest levels of responding were the governors

Till the end of last may 2013, CoI stated that most of senior officials in the third of public offices indicated a response of 100% in disclosing their financial assets.

CoI stated in a report prepared by the prevention offices that (17) from (60) offices achieve full commitment with the financial disclosure while the national security office and the provinces affairs ministry were not provide any financial disclosure.

CoI mentioned that the entities which fulfill its commitment were the Ministries of Culture, Human Rights, Municipalities and public works, Housing and reconstruction, Labor and Social Affairs, Planning, Environment, Women Affairs, and the Commissions of Integrity, Property Claims, Investment, stock Market, Radiation Control, Scientific Group, Intelligent Unit and Endowments of Christian, Ezideay and Sabian Mandaean.

The report mentioned also that (100) from (325) member in the Council of Representative have provided their financial disclosure till the end of last may which mean 30% while (190) from (482) member in the provinces councils have provided their financial disclosure which means (40%)

The three powers chief (president of republic, the prime minister and the council of representative chief) have provided their financial disclosure in the first of this year. CoI has received the financial disclosure of president Jalal talbany and vice president KHudayer Al KHuzaey and the Prime Minister Nory Al Maliki and his deputies Husien Alshahristany and Rose Nory Shawees and the council of representative chief Ussama Al Nijaify and his deputy Qusy Al Suhail.

Its noticed that the Governors response are still weak. CoI has only received (4) from (15) forms except Kurdistan region.
