The specialized courts issued in Coi cases during the first third from current year (386) rules regarding with the hundreds of public money manipulators and obligated them to return more than (16) billion to treasury.

The legal office in Coi showed that the specialized courts in Baghdad and other provinces (except Kurdistan) convicted until last April (419) accused and issued sentences with imprisonment and prison to various period and varying fines.  

The judges obligated the convicted to return the money, which took it from public money with valued (16) billion and (127) million and (677) thousand dinar to their offices on condition that release them after end their sentences. Their offices can sue the accused about damages which caused by their crimes if the acquisition of their punishments becomes definiteness.

The office said that the convicted geographically distribute (93) from Nineveh, (47) Al-kharhk, (42) Babylon, (35) Nasiriya, (35) Al-resafa,(25)Qadissiya, (25)Kirkuk, (20)Najaf, (20)Wasit, (19)Maysan,(14)Diyala,(13)Karbala,(9)Muthana,(8)Anbar,

(8)Basra and (6)Salahuddin.
