CoI organize tow workshops on the importance of fulfilling the financial disclosure form in ministries of Education and Higher Education & Scientific Research.

A team from senior officials in the prevention office in CoI present during the tow workshops the way of putting required information in form`s column and its reasons as well as the positions covered by financial disclosure form.

The speakers declared that officials initiative to disclose their financial assets accurately and clearly will indicate their commitment to avoid suspicion and to win the public as well as the state confidence and to reflect the safety situation regarding the deal with public funds and the best use of position. The speakers stated also that periodic visits were done by teams from the prevention office to the banks, financial institutions, traffic, real estate registry offices, company registry and the stock market to verify information in the form of financial disclosure with the facts of the covered official assets as well as their relative assets.

The speakers highlight also that failure of covered persons to prove the legitimate inflation funds that been got during their period in position will imposed them to legal liability according to the principal (from where did you get that). Also it will be liable for those who give false information or commit an infraction in fulfilling the form requirement.
