Teams of CoI caught under judicial orders for net members in one of the civil society organizations, that extort the unemployed persons for hiring them by a judicial investigator and broker for him in AL- Kadmia investigation court, who were received the bribes for promoting the petitions of the petitioners.
The investigation office in CoI has stated that the teams of the technical Department have carried out (four) monitoring operations in which it caught the accused person (M.N.A), manager of branch of cultural (…..) institution in AL-Kut and his assistants (A.J.J) and (GH.M. J), who affiliate to the interior affairs and his assistant (H. T. A) was caught . They were caught in the – act in receiving bribes in return for promises for unemployed persons hiring, whereas caught with him many of hiring files.
The office of investigations has mentioned that the teams of CoI have caught the accused person (H. K. A) ,when receiving the bribe from someone coordinate with judicial investigator (A. A. M) who extorted the mentioned petitioner on amount for facilitating his petition procedures.
The office maintained that, the teams of monitoring have caught with the accused person (the commissioner) (H.K. A) Set of forged identities one of them concerning the higher judicial council in the degree of judicial investigator it indicates that the judges investigation have decided to arrest the (6) accused persons under their cases for completing their investigation papers and displaying it on the subject courts.
