CoI conduct a framework in the Ministry of Agricultural about financial disclosure forms of the state senior officials.
CoI prevention team clarified that financial disclosure includes civil officials starting from directors general to the President while it includes military personnel starting from lieutenant colonel.

CoI prevention team mentioned that the goal behind obligating senior officials, their spouses or dependent children to reveal their wealth is to verify the legitimate or illicit increase in the wealth of the covered person during his service.

Financial disclosure form includes balance, financial deposits, shares, assets, vehicles, cash, jewels and other properties.

CoI team mentioned the methods of verifying the credibility of information included in the financial disclosure forms. These methods include fact-finding visits to banks; stock market, companies` registration office, traffic police offices and real estate registry to verify the information.

CoI team stated that any failure or inability to prove the legitimacy of sources of any increase in wealth would lead to legal accountability.
