Fact-findings teams have carried out (95) visits in CoI during last February to many of the offices and institutions, to make sure of audit of confessions of officials for their wreath and properties deletes in financial discloser form .

The visits schedule of prevention office`s teams in CoI included; Iraqi Stock Exchange, group of privet and governmental banks, companies registering office and general traffics directorate.

The employees of investigations are conducting an audit for the details mentioned in discloser form of the covered person, his spouse, and his dependent sons related to financial trust, wealth, shares, real estates and vehicles to identify the differences or to match between the reality and statement. also, to check the inflation volume of these properties, through the period the official took office, and investigates the legality of the accidental increases of assets.

It is worth mentioning that, CoI law imposes on civil senior officials in the state, from the republic president to the director general, and security forces, from the minister to the major lieutenant with annual discloser for their properties. In order to audit the increase rate through the official took office, and not to abuse their powers to damage of the public money or ….or achieve personal interests or extortion the citizens.

From the other side teams of functional conduct department in the office has carried out (8) visits through the last month to the general inspector office in the ministry of higher education and scientific research and the university of Baghdad , AL-Nahrain , AL-Mustansryia , AL-Iraqia and First AL-Kurkh general directorate for coordination to held the seminars for their employees .

The office continue to organize this seminars to the public and privet sector employees, to shed light on the items of code of conduct, that, each the employee should to sign it. Also, save copy in his privet file, considered as legal administrative obligation to respect his job responsibilities, confidentiality of the secrets office and non-discrimination between the citizens for any reason, or abuse the public money, and attempt of illicit enrichment through the official authorities.

Relatively, the fictional performance department conducted to the prevention office in CoI (16) visit on February, included offices in ministry of agriculture, trade, industry and minerals, labor and social affairs, Baghdad Amanet, general pension commission and political martyrs foundation.

It has known this department interests with observing of performance nature in ….level of flexibility and complication administrative procedures in carry out its duties and presenting its services to the citizens and suffering the petitioners through completion their petitions to reach necessary suggestions to pass the failure and follow the administrative patterns to facilitate the official activities.

 Otherwise, anti-corruption teams visited ,in the last month, IGs offices in the ministry of oil as well as in the ministry of trade, and real estate registry offices in AL-Shaab, sec AL-Sadder 2and AL-Kadhmiea 2.

 They visited also AL-Dura tax office, AL- Hrea, and AL-Shaab , also the public commission for taxes, second al-karkh education directorate, AL-Ghadeer municipality, AL-Karkh civil status office, and AL-Yarmuk hospital to monitor performance methods, that impose some of petitioners for presenting bribery in order to facilitate their petitions.
