A team in COI manage to arrest Sunni Endowment official for taking bribery to enable investor to use one of Endowment property.

COI stated in its statement that the accused (m. P. C) compromised one investor to enable him to use the property in (Sara Khatun Palace) in the Karrada district and taking (250) thousand dollars as bribe.

COI demonstrated that the team will informed as soon as it received information regarding the date of the agreement between the accused and the investor. The competent investigation judge in COI issued an order to monitor the operation and to arrest of the accused.

COI team stated that the accused had been arrested with his possession the amount of bribery when he received the money from the beneficiary in Al-Andalusia in Baghdad restaurant and he presented the act of evidences crime with its videotape record to the investigate judge who decided to arrest the accused (m. P. C) to complete the case investigation .
