CoI has received from the president Jalal Talabani his financial disclosure of 2013. 
The CoI spokes man Hassan Karrem Ati showed his optimize that the current year will witness a great attention from high officials in presenting their financial disclosure; he said the accelerating of the president sending his financial disclosure despite his illness gives an example to the officials of the necessity of commitment in implementing current laws. 
Knowing that CoI law No (30) of 2013 oblige the high officials- (civilian) from the president to the DG and (military) from minister to lt. colonel - to present financial disclosure of their monthly income every year and their spouse, dependent children, their deposits, savings, real estate, stocks, trucks, precious things and their expensive merchandize in order to make sure of the legal growth of their property since they hold their positions.
