CoI team captured two persons while attempting to organize a faked contract to sell a real estate property to a citizen in AL-Hilla.
The capturing operation was, according to a judicial order, to arrest (W. A. R.) and (M. A. J.) while they were trying to organize a power of attorney to a lower in AL-Hilla notary public to finish a petition for registering this property behind the owner’s back.
The detection revealed along with the witnesses’ primary statement that they forged the owner’s documents to take his estate.
The investigative Judge decided to detain the two accused in order to fulfill investigation and to explore if they did any other unlawful schemes.
