CoI commissioner Judge Raheem Hassen Al-Uqailee announced that (17) ministers and officials holding minister`s position, from (54) ministers and equal to minister`s position, revealed on their financial disclosure in January and February 2009. The minister of Municipality and Public Works Ryadh Ghareeb was at the first of the minister`s list, according to the report by financial disclosure department in the Prevention Office/CoI. Mr. Ghareeb submitted his financial disclosure form in 21.01.2009; he submitted his form before the dead line in February/10. The sum of all ministers that revealed on their financial disclosure at the appointed time was (11) ministers. In the next day, the head of High Judiciary Council Judge Midhat Almahmood revealed on his financial disclosure and after him was the CoI commissioner then the minister of provinces affairs Khulood Sami Eezara, minister of trade Dr. Adbul Falaah Alsodani, ministers` council secretary-general Dr. Ali Alalaak, parliament affairs minister of state Dr. Safa`a Alsafi, Head of Christians Waqf and other religions Abdullah Hirmiz, Head of Shiite Waqf Mr. Salih Alhaidari, Minister of Construction and Housing Bian Dah zee and finally the Head of Sunni Waqf Dr. Ahmed Abdul Ghafoor Alsamara`ai. And after the appointed time for submitting the financial disclosure and till 23.februrary.2009, six ministers revealed on their financial disclosure, minister of agriculture Dr. Ali Albahadli, the Head of (CRRPD) the Commission for the Resolution of Real Property Disputes Dr. Ahmed Albaraak, Minister of Electricity Dr. Kareem Waheed, Minister of Immigrants and Displacements Dr. Abdul Samad Rahmman, Minister of Antiquities and Tourism Affairs Kahttan Aljiboori and finally Minister of Human Rights Wijddan Michael.
