Two persons are in front of the court because of exploiting their position to extort one of those who seeking justice. In a report from CoI stated that one of their teams have seized, in cooperation with the law enforcement authorities and according to an arrest warrant, one of the judges P.S.D (Personal Security Detachment) with another coordinator because of their trying to extort someone (plaintiff). The two accused pretending issuing an arrest warrant against (defendants) who were accused in the original case with kidnapping .the plaintiff pretending of being kidnapped by those two persons. CoI stated that the P.S.D and his colleague (M.K.A and A.A.M) were arrested red handed in a restaurant while they were receiving 1000$ as a primary amount of six million dinars bribe.
