The specialized authorities in the Commission for the Resolution of Real Property Disputes seized an employee tried to extort a petitioner in return for accomplishing his petition.

CoI investigation office was reported earlier about this incident, therefore, they formed a working team according to a judicial order to observe handing over the bribe and arrest the accused red-handed.

CoI investigation office stated in their report that the so-called accused (F.A.S), who is an employee in the compensation section of the Commission for the Resolution of Real Property Disputes, confessed before the investigation judge of abusing his position and demanding (2500$) as a bribe from the plaintiff in exchange for accomplishing his petition. Thus, the judge ordered to detain the accused to complete his documents and refer him to the specialized court.
