Seminar in CoI: requests to cultivate employees with the provisions of public service and code of conduct

A group from the ministry of Labor and social affaire request to engage the new employees in specialized training in code of conduct and Disciplinary Code for state and public sector employees.

The participants confirm in this seminar that there are many employees including senior employees ignore the provisions of Disciplinary Code and they are not aware about the content of code of conduct such ignorance make them targets to mistakes and punishments.

The seminar team from the Prevention Office in CoI praises this request stressing that the knowledge of these provisions will prepare for a right climate of work and avoid employees from mistakes and give them a kind of immunity from corruption (bribery, misappropriation of public funds).the CoI team and the representatives from Ministry of Labor agreed on the necessity of accelerate the training and make the employees sign and review the code of conduct list , such list will be inspected by CoI teams.

One of the items in the Prevention Office work plan this year is to perform visits to official offices to check whether all the employees have signed the list and try to involved all of them in signing the code of conduct list as a condition to avoid them from corruption as well as enhancing their quality.
