Mr. Roosh Noori Shawees deputy head of ministers’ council has presented his financial disclosure to CoI, so the rate of the ministry council response goes up to (75%) while it was(50%)  in September where Mr. Noori Al-Maliki the prime minister and his deputy Mr. Hussain Al-Shahrestani have presented their financial disclosure to CoI.
It is worth mentioning that article (17) of CoI law has stated that the high ranking officials must present their financial disclosure which is consider the base of comparison between their revealed income and their financial status and  any appeared excess inconsistent with their income will be considered illicit enrichment and the official shall prove its source.
The presidency response was (25%) and it was confined to his Excellency Mr. Galal Al-Talabani presentation of his money disclosure, while the parliament response still (23, 3%) after (76) representatives have presented their financial disclosure out of (325) representatives.
