According to its context, CoI worked in dealing with audience through media, on showing its action indicators based on its specialty. Yet the audiences are focusing on CoI investigational field.
This work is important for being representing the deterring side of corruption and joint work between CoI, Iraqi judicial authority and other entities that have a role in determining faults within the governmental employee performance. These entities are I.G offices and the Board of Supreme Audit and because the judicial authorities have the jurisdiction to acquittal or convict the accused, CoI refused to declare the names of accused persons and the indictment details while the case is still under investigation. The reason behind that is CoI believes that this will affect the case, violate the accused rights, avoid accusing CoI with libel and working by constitutional rule, (the accused is innocent until conviction).
In order to provide transparency to audience and media and because of its believe that the crime of corruption affect the right of Iraqi people , CoI use its website to disclose the convicted names when their cases get final adjudication without discrimination.
