Prevention office D.G. (Mr. Samir Faraj Mohammed) declaired that the office organized a training course about writing and translating texts and international investment contracts within memorandums and agreements via E-mails and internet which was held in the financial and accounting training center in the Ministry of Finance.
Whereas fact-finding committee visits focused on (30) field visits for a number of banks, the public directorate of traffic control, office of companies registration, Iraq stock market and the real estate registry directorate.
Mr. Samir stressed on the necessity of activating transparency department visits to all ministries, during this month the visits were to the ministries of Transportation, Trade, Industrial & Minerals, Migration & Displaced, Justice and Oil.
He clarified that the number of visits of the code of conduct department to the ministries of Justice and Trade were three visits which accomplished (12838) code of conduct lists including (2325) certified lists.
He concluded that the department received and audited (15) financial disclosure lists from many governmental entities in addition to documenting (775) financial disclosure lists.
