CoI/ Al Karkh investigation office has arrested a commissioner of police working in the criminal records directorate as red-handed receiving money amounted $ 20 thousand as advanced payment of bribery for keeping criminals out of the authorities` sights and not responding letters regarding their criminal records.

The accused confessed, after many interrogations, that he has accomplices from other police officers helped him in his crime.
