Under the Slogan (The Religious Minbar have an affective role in strengthening the integrity values) COI held the second religious Minbar conference in hospitality house of Imam Ali(P) in Holly Alawi Shrine at holly Najaf entitled the religious values are the basis of strengthening integrity and institutions building with the attendance of His Excellency the Commissioner Judge Allaa Jwad Hammed as well as the representatives of competent religious authority, number of clergy, representative of religious endowments and the province officials.
The conference opened with the Holly Alawi Shrine secretary speech stated by Dr. Ali Khudayer Haji who asked for making Religious Minbar a point of spread integrity values with the confirmation on the importance of emphasize on the human values to build human and institutions while gathering under the dome of Imam Ali (p) to obligate our selves to be faithful in our acts and making the integrity as a basis of all work branches.
Dr. Ali AlKhatib deputy chief of Shiite endowment stated in his speech his proudness on CoI initiative to held this conference with the approaching of blessed Ramadan which have a grate effect and indications on ourselves to build and reform societies correctly away from deception in researching of benefits illegally which pushed us to support the oversight bodies in their work.

He confirmed that anyone have, in any position he was, to review him self so that his position will not be an opportunity for him to treat others in superlative way. He also stress on the importance of humble, we remember in this occasion a word said by Imam Ahmed Bin Hanbal (Authority in Islam didn’t make Ali (P) better but Ali makes authority better) Ali could effect in many people from outside of Islam by openness on others, equity and equality that’s why we need to review and monitor ourselves before of the oversight bodies monitor.

His Excellency Judge Allaa Jwad Hameed commissioner of CoI confirmed the importence of gathering the efforts and work on fighting  financial and administrative corruption which can be considered as a corrosive global epidemic in societies . he also refered about the Iraq exposed to a foreign injustice attack which produce Iraq in a false way as one of the most corruption countries and that which  can not be able to stay in front of what have been achieved in fact.

Mr. Aamer Al- Janaby representative of sonny endowment confirmed that the prophet (p) was depending on going to Minbar whenever he want to tell the Moslem an important thing , the prophet stay using the Minbar from the first steps of Islam addressing from his Minbar the forefathers Moslem and advised them to work and jihad and prevent them from sin , lying and corruption       

 He refered to the need of the Minbar of justice now a days to reconcile between people, a Minbar able to achieve what the role of law can`t achieve it at the current time because it has a kind of strength severity, I swear by Allah if your didn’t deter you by fear of Allah and you connection with his majesty, so the man made law can not deter you whether you imprisoned or punished.

And he speaks to the clergies that your weapon in fighting corruption can not be modified by the man made law, despite you don’t have any think else but to remind the people with the Forefathers, their integrity and their honest, their patient man didn’t desist from bad deeds, their disobedient didn’t go back to the straight way and their corrupt man didn’t turn to good man.

Two work papers were discussed during the conference by Dr. RazaQ Al-Muaswi head of Quran Sciences department in Al Kufa University and Mr. Muhammad Al-Massudi from CoI

Many recommendations issued from the conference to depend on Minbar and to promote the religious culture as an important mean to spread the integrity culture and good morals to deter the corruption and it was agreed to establish a committee from CoI with together IG offices in endowment divans to prepare and carry out the programs to enhancing integrity values in all institutions depending on religious values, and it was agreed to hold the third session of the conference ( religious Minber) in may 2013.
