Specialized committee in CoI mentioned that the number of the detainees on corruption cases in last February was (134) persons in all provinces except
Central committee for following up accused and detainees stated, in a report issued in the end of the last month about its performance, that its subcommittees have moved among the locations of detainees to know their situations and needs throughout questionnaire forms distributed for them.
The committee mentioned that its members have explained, to the detainees, the legal and investigative procedures deal with their cases confirming that the subcommittees didn`t get any complaints respecting with breeches against detainees ` rights.
Details of a report ,in Al-Risafa investigation office made by the committee , stated that there are (29)detainees in the office. A questionnaire has been conducted on (12) detainees only because the others were set free , while no questionnaire has been conducted on (8) detainees in Al – Karkh investigation office because the period of their custody was finished.
A questionnaire has been conducted ,by the members of the subcommittees , on (4) detainees in Al - Quadisya investigation office . Another questionnaire has been conducted on (10) detainees in Babel investigation office.A questionnaire has been conducted on (4) detainees only while the period of the custody was finished for the other four detainees in Al – Muthanna province , and the same was taken place with the four detainees in Thi-Quar province. No detainees were there in Dyala investigation office. (5) detainees in Missan,(1) detainee in Al –Anbar . A questionnaire has been conducted on (15)detainees while the period of the custody was finished for the other (24) detainees in Al Najaf .
Another committee finished its questionnaire on (6) detainees in Ninava , (2) detainees in sacred Karbela , (3) detainees in Wasit , (1) detainee in Saladin , (6)detainees from (7) in
