CoI half year report shows a notable development of many senior officials response of money disclosing during last June in comparative with previous months.
The report made by transparency office in CoI shows that the head of NGOs with rank of minister respond in 82%
And it mentioned that CoI didn’t receive yet the money disclosure application from The Central Bank governor, Al Hekma house, political prisoners` institution and Iraqi high criminal court.
The response of the head of provincial council was 80% then the ministry council representative was 58% then the governors 53%.
But the response of the state presidency and premiership still on level 25% where it become less in representative council presidency 14%.
The CoI indicate last month that the responses of the governors were during the first five months of this year 33%, the ministers 55% and the head of independent entities 78%.
Then CoI expresses its hop to receive during the next months more money disclosure applications from senior officials as one of the transparency expression in job performance
