The team of investigations office is investigating and searching to determine the total amounts that one official in ministry of trade has peculated by forging the receipts and possess its amounts.
The report of investigations office has stated that the investigations team in coordination and cooperation with (IG) office in the ministry of trade and audit committee in the private companies recording office have enumerated three billions and (748) million Dinars till the end of the last month, the accused she has possessed, meanwhile the team is working for auditing and attaching the rest of receipts that she signed.
The investigation office mentioned that it demanded after got order from the investigative Judge to carry out auditing with officials of ministry of trade who were auditing the receipts that were made by the accused and to know the reason behind that they didn’t detect it. At the same time and according to judicial order, CoI requested the real estate registration office and traffic office to provide it with a disclosure of interest of the accused, her husband and her sons from the real estates and the vehicles    in order to seize it.
