In each conference round, number of countries which signed the convention discuss their national experience and their efforts to implements its terms that stipulated on formatting an active coordinate policies to fight corruption, enhancing society participate in bodying rule of law principle, ensure good performance of public properties and affairs, spreading culture of integrity, transparency and hold the corrupts accountable.
The countries who signed the convention shall apply the principle of transparency, efficiency and standards of fitness, eligibility and equality in choosing and employing public sector employees and qualified individuals nominated to hold public position, insurance appropriate fees levels for workers and a bide by sign code of conduct form.
The one hundred sixty countries who signed the agreement pledge till now, to provide guarantees to achieve judiciary independency and take the appropriate measures to prevent corruption in private sector`s facilities and institutions and providing the necessary atmospheres to participate civil society organizations in the public activity in order to fight corruption and spread integrity standards in the public life.
The conference secretariat and the signed members conducting deliberations about technical needs required by some United Nations countries which enabling it to implement its commitments mentioned in the convention terms.
On the margin of conference, number of those who signed the convention met in tripartite meetings to discuss the cooperation and exchange experiences within the frame of implementation the commitments of spreading integrity.
