The commission clarified the details of Subpoena against former Governor of Thi-Qar and two Directors-General in the province, pointing out that the order was issued according to provisions of article (339) P.C.

CoI Investigation Office, speaking about case details, metioned that the competent investigation court on integrity cases in the province has issued a subpoena against former Governor of Thi-Qar, in addition to D.G of Education diretorate and D.G of Investment in the province.

The Office explained that the order issued for referring a real estate locates at a distinguished location by the above defendants for investment in contrary to the law, pointing out that the real estate of (7) dunums, with estimation value of IQDs(15,000,000,000) referred for the purpose of establishing a privet school.
