COI announced the details of arrest and detection warrant issued by Babel criminal court against the governor of Babel.

Investigations Office, referring to the case details it investigated and referred to judiciary, indicated that Babel criminal court has issued an arrest and detection warrant against the governor for not attending at the trial date in the case concerning residence confirmation of which he was nominated for governor position.

Noteworthy, that COI has announced in the seventh of the current month, that Babel criminal court on integrity cases has issued subpoena against the governor in accordance with provisions of article 340 of P.C in addition to travel ban based on provisions of decision no.160 of 1983.

Knowingly that article 289 of P.C stipulated (any person who falsifies an official document is punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding 15 years)
