COI announced the details of subpoena issued by criminal court on integrity cases in Dhi-Qar province against deputy governor.

Investigations Office, referring to the case details, indicated that the court has issued a subpoena in accordance with provisions of article 340 of P.C against Dhi-Qar deputy governor as well as the head of resident engineer’s office and two other accused persons for wasting public money.

The Office assured existence of violations in obsolete statements concerning building schools in the province with IQDs (1.632.270.000) that caused waste of public money.
