COI revealed the issuance of detain order against member of Babel provincial council and a subpoena against the former I.G of Ministry of Health according to provisions of article 340 of P.C.

Investigation Office, during discussing details of the detain decision, indicated that the Investigation Court on Integrity Cases in Babel issued a detain decision against a provincial council’s member, clarifying that the decision issued due to violations in establishing Al-shoumali Fuel Station.

The Office confirmed issuing a subpoena against the former I.G of MOH, indicating that the subpoena issued due to violations in the contract of establishing a hospital with 400 beds in Babel province.

It added that the two orders above-mentioned, of which COI investigated and referred to the court, were issued according to provisions of article 340 of P.C.
