COI announced the issuance of two subpoenas against the D.G of Missan health directorate and the head of legal, financial and administrative office at the directorate.

Investigations Office, referring to the case it investigated and referred to the judiciary, indicated that Missan investigation court on integrity cases issued the two subpoenas in accordance with the provisions of article (331) of the Penal Code on the violations in the contract of supplying hospitals and doctors with food meals.

it’s worth to be noted that COI previously announced the issuance of subpoenas against three members of Missan provincial council for illegally misuse the funds of the committee on increasing incomes in which they are members.
