COI reveled issuing a decision to seize the movable and immovable property of 3 former senior officials at Ministry of Construction and Housing, according to the provisions of article no. 340 of Iraqi Penal Code.

COI’s Investigation Office, in the course of its speech about case details it investigated and referred to the judiciary, indicated that Najaf investigation court specialized with integrity cases issued a decision to seize movable and immovable property against the accused, the former Inspector General of the Ministry, former Technical Deputy and a former D.G , indicating that the decision was issued according to the provisions of article no. 340 of Iraqi Penal Code about the charge of the non-performance of the contract of the main design of Najaf city by the accused persons.
