CoI’s Office of Investigation revealed seizing three employees in Anbar Health Office, read-handed counterfeiting medical reports in exchange for money.

The Office, in a statement on the details of the investigation carried out under a judicial memorandum, indicated that the staff of the investigation office in Anbar province managed to arrest three accused persons flagrante delicto, indicating that they inserted more than (29) false medical reports, and gave them numbers in The official record, to appear true so that the persons mentioned in those reports would be falsely considered injured by terrorist acts.

The Office added that its investigations there led to seizing the accused persons while receiving money in exchange for inserting of these false reports into the official register. They received up to $500 for each false report.

The accused persons and the criminal evidence were sent to competent investigative Judge, who decided to detain them pending investigation, based on the provisions of Article 289/Penal Code.
