Baghdad investigation office revealed that it was able to seize an accused red-handed with a bribe in return for promises of employment in one of significant ministries, while seized with him two identities issued by the office of two deputies, which were expired.

The directorate indicated that the seizure operation was done according to arrest warrant, pointing out that its staffs seized an accused while receiving a bribe in return for the employment in one of a significant ministries, as for another accused was seized while handing over an administrative order on 18\4\2019 that concerning the employment in that Ministry.

The directorate explained the details of case, clarifying that it was ambushed accused persons near by the concerned ministry, where the first accused seized red-handed while receiving ($ 1000) as a part of the total bribe amount of ($ 5000), as for the second accused was seized while handing over the administrative order of employment, as well as seizure of two identities issued by office of two deputies in parliaments were expired and under name of the first accused with his photo.

And continued that the accused persons referred to a competent investigation judge with their seized exhibits for taking the necessary legal procedures against them, according to the provisions of decision (160) of 1983.
