COI Investigation Office revealed that the staff of the investigation office in Diwaniah were able to seize fraud and manipulations upon receiving pension in the province contrary to the law.

The Office confirmed that COI staff in the province, who visited Al-Rasheed bank and Al-Rafidain bank in the center of Diwaniah in cooperation with some employees of commission of national pension were managed to seize original IDs of forgers, noting that they received salaries and discrepancies in salaries contrary to the law.

Preliminary investigation in the operation, which was under a judicial warrant, led to detect that some accused persons have received salary’s discrepancies for three times, beside, they received salaries of pension of a retired who died in 2008 under forged retirement ID.

A dully seizure report was organized, documents of investigation were submitted before the investigative judge who ordered issuance an arrest warrant against the defendants.
