CoI’s staff of Nineveh investigation office seized (44) accused persons trespassing on plots belong to State in Nineveh.

The investigation office indicated that a work team of Nineveh investigation office seized 44 accused persons trespassing plots belong to State located in center of province, explaining that the accused persons exploited the plots to construct caravans and kiosks for taking photos, photocopying and petitions organizing without obtaining legal approvals of the concerned bodies.

The investigation office confirmed that it organized two seizure minutes according to the available criminal evidence and exhibits in which seized in the two operations implemented under a judicial seizure orders.

The minutes were submitted before the judicial commission in which it started investigation according to provisions of decision (54/ 2001) and detained the accused persons under investigation.

CoI has previously announced that it implemented number of seizure operations resulted in returning number of plots and properties to the State in Nineveh.
