Investigation office announced its ability to seize director of Al-‘Eshaqi agriculture section in Balad district in Salahuddin province, for causing damages funds and interests of entity, who works in which.

The above office, explained the details of operation, which was implemented by the judicial arrest warrant team and committee of anti- bribery in the CoI investigation office in Salahuddin province. After detecting and collecting the information the above team and committee were able to seize the director of agriculture, for supplying amounts of chemical fertilizer to farmers located their lands out of security forces’ control.

The office clarified that the amounts of chemical fertilizer, which were supplied within the agricultural plan season 2015-2016 amounted (288,660) kilogram, in addition to seize (142) supplying petition and related documents of agricultural plan.

The investigation office confirmed that the judge of investigation court specialized in integrity cases in Salahuddin, decided to arrest the defendant according to provisions of article 340 pc, in addition to issue arrest warrant against the defendants who participated in preparation the agricultural plan according to the provisions of same article.
