The investigation office at CoI revealed that one of accused person was arrested from an Arab nationality in red handed because he assumed the personality of competent doctor in a medical center in Basra province.

The investigation office stated, in its speech the details of the case, that the judicially seizure enforcement and investigation team in Basra investigation directorate abled to arrest the accused person who impersonated a plastic surgeon personality inside the Inside operation room in medical center clarifying that seized drugs can only be prescribed by competent doctor.

The office explained that the accused did not provide any document confirming that he was a doctor and then admitted that he did not obtain any approvals from Ministry of Health or Medical Association in Basra for practicing the profession.

In another operation, the team of directorate, consisting of investigation section, judicially seizure and anti-bribe committee, founded X-ray device in emergency section in Basra Hospital and has and was purchased 2015 at IQD(99.000.000) and it has not been used since it purchase; despite the need patients to it.

The office confirmed writing a legal seizure minutes of two operations and had been carried out under two arrest warrant and presenting the investigative documents before competent investigating judge to take suitable legal actions.
