Al- Hashimi and 22 Ministers Disclose Their Financial Trusts

His Excellency Vice President Dr. Tarik Al – Hashimi handed his financial disclosure form for this year to Commission of Integrity falling on Tuesday 10/Aug./2010 .
53 from 325 members of Parliaments disclosed their financial trusts for this year with responding average got to 16.3 % .
22 from 34 ministers disclosed their financial trusts this year with responding average got to 64.7 % . and 14 from 22 of whom ministerial level with responding average got to 63.6%. 56 from 70 deputy ministers with responding average got to 80%. 61 from 68 consultants with responding average got to 89.7%. 548 from 665 director generals with responding average gotto 82.4%. 86 from 113 special ranks including inspector generals with responding average got to 76.1%.
On the other hand, 1158 from 1237 judges in Supreme Judicial Council handed their financial disclosurefor this year with responding average got to 93.6%. 49 from 52 judges in High Criminal Court with responding average got to 94.2%. 27 from 28 judges in Property Claims Commission with responding average got to 96.4%.
Whereas 71 from 108 ambassadors disclosed their financial trustswith responding average got to 65.7%. and 25 from 32 minister plenipotentiary with responding average got to 78.1%. 5 from 15 governors with responding average got to 33.3% for this year. 12 from 30 deputy governors with responding average got to 40%. 6 from 15 head of governorates councils with responding average got to 40%. 165 from 467 members of governorate councils with responding average got to 35.3%.
All the Heads of governmental universities, (18 chancellors) disclosed their financial trusts, and 34 from 39 chancellors assistants and 242 from 274 dean of a faculty and institution. 17 from 22Commissioner and Head of Scientific Council , and Head of Technical Education Institution with his both assistants with total responding average in Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research got to 88.2%.
Thus, the total number of whom disclosed their financial trusts is 2720 from 3637 whom required to submit their financial trusts for this year (2010), except the employees in Ministry of Interior & Ministry of Defense for they did not provide Commission of Integrity withtheir whole staff numbers. So the total number of the received forms during the period from the first of January to August of this year was (7722) forms, which exceed the number of the last year which was (4770) forms.
