Commission of Integrity revealed that it was able to seize files related to the agricultural loans which were granted in violation to regulations according to the agricultural initiative of the agricultural bank of Missan province and the Directorate of Agriculture, indicating that the seizure was carried out under a judicial arrest warrant.

While talking about seizure details, COI Investigation Office reported that the investigation team of Missan, who moved to the Agricultural Bank and Directorate of Agriculture in the province, managed to seize 58 files regarding loans.

The Office explained that the value of the seized loans amounted to (2,803,450.000) billion dinars, indicating that some borrowers do not have any related documents in the bank or the Directorate of Agriculture (fake names).

A proper seizure minute on all exhibits was organized and papers of investigation were submitted to the competent investigating judge, the Office added.
