The staffs of CoI investigation directorate in Nineveh Province were able to seize the owner of one of real estate trading companies for seizing illegal land owned by state located at Al-Noor quarter in left side of Mosul.

The Investigation Office at Commission of Integrity indicated, in the course of talking about return back the real estate under a judicial memorandum. Directorate’s staffs were able, after following up and moving to headquarter of company, to seize the owner of the company and the documents of real estate; indicating that the property belong to Ministry of Financial. The real estate is agricultural plot of land divided into residential lands and had been sold to people by the owner of real estate company.

The accused person with legal minutes which organized by the staffs of directorate including all seized exhibits as well as investigating documents sent to competent investigating judge to take legal action against him.
