There are statements by some MPs appear from time to time to place the responsibilities on commission and require tasks far from its competence that specified by its workable law no.(30) of 2011, despite the (commission) initiated for many time to submit proposals, law drafts, projects, work programs and plans contributing to support the work of state ministries and its institutions to serve the public interest, including the (Independent High Electoral commission), where the commission has already submitted several proposals on the election law and amnesty law were not taken, even though are proposals and projects emanating from the experience of commission, especially in the last three years of its work, what is surprising that is the obvious contradiction of those who made these statements, on the one hand rejecting the proposals of commission and law projects by it, and refrain from discussing their objections to some other laws, while pressing charges on the other, and placing the responsibilities and tasks on commission out of their authorities, which belong to other entities and institutions, so we invite them to review the workable law of commission, laws of ministries, institutions and other bodies, where the responsibility requires the knowledge of terms and contents the laws that governing the work of governmental institutions as a minimum of qualifications to be provided in the member of parliaments ( legislative authority).

Everyone knows, and those who making the statements, that the commission was only initiative to reject the inclusion of corruption’s crimes and violation of public money by provisions of amnesty law, where sent their objections to the relevant entities and clarified the reasons of that objections, diagnosing the mistake before it occurred, but who have made statements, despite not taking the objections of commission seriously and refusing to discuss them, spoke today coinciding with election campaign to blame the commission, because of number of those who have investigated with them or accused of corruption and waste of public money have nominated for election, in an attempt to evade the responsibility the bear, in order to load with other entities mistakes who have already committed themselves, for the purpose of election gains.
