We renewal our calling for Justice and Finance Ministries and the related entities to make strict legal mechanisms and to adopt effective measures to extirpate forgery phenomenon in real estate records that were witnessed in Baghdad offices and other provinces.

We conformed previously our repeated calling, for the concerned entities, to adopt strict efforts to protect the properties of the state and the rights of the citizens. In addition to prevent the violators of the law to achieve their deeds and calling to open the channels of cooperation to extirpate this phenomenon, where our staff managed to seize an operations in many of Real-Estate registration offices and seizing hundreds of petitions and records that were manipulated or forwarding forged the documents.

We were able to return many properties that were amounted to billions IDs and seizing hundreds of petitions, records and titles that were manipulated, where the property were belongings to citizens. The convicted accused persons were referred before the court. Thus, we renewal calls to make strict legal mechanisms to extirpate forgery phenomenon and to prevent its spreading and we were ready to cooperate with all the concerned entities and implementing seizing operations against the violators to prevent repeating these violations.
