The Commission of Integrity revealed the seizure of 14 transactions of forged agricultural contracts, on the basis of which agricultural loans amounting to (786,000,000) seven hundred and eighty-six million dinars, contrary to the controls in the Agricultural Bank - Branch Tikrit, Salah- al- Din province.

While talking about details of seizure process of the investigation carried out under a judicial memorandum, COI Office of Investigation indicated that the Judicial Enforcement Officers and the Anti-Bribery Committee of the Commission`s investigation office in Salah al-Din governorate were able, after the transfer to the bank and auditing the petitions, to carry out the operation which resulted in seizing 14 agricultural loan petitions in order to obtain agricultural loans with forged documents. The current and former agricultural managers of the province, the assistant director and the head of the land department, were arrested for fraud.

A proper record of the seizure of seized assets was organized in order to bring them together with the accused persons to the competent investigating judge to take the necessary legal measures.

On 21\8\2017, the Commission of Integrity announced that the assistant director of agriculture of Salah al-Din was seized by forging 247 official letters that damaged public money by about 600 million dinars.
