COI investigation office disclosed the details of the operation, where indicating that the staff of Kirkuk investigation office and in coordination with the office of the inspector general in Ministry of Communications, visits the two sites of EarthLink Company and IQ in the province and disclosing the detection of the biggest internet bandwidth smuggling operation of the optical cable concerning Symphony in Iraq.

The office indicted that the seized smuggling operations of the project reached [47] Lambda, where the cost of one Lambda amounted to one million dollar monthly, thus it means that the total seized smuggled cost was 47 million dollar.

The operation results the seizing of sharing devices of smuggling, in addition to seize the director of EarthLink Company site was caught red -handed in the province. It was worth to mention that a proper minute organized that included the seized exhibits and filming the committed offenses and submitting it before the specialized investigative judge.
