The commission of Integrity announced seizing a person impersonated employee at CoI by using forged badge and he presents himself as an Inspector General. The accused was seized under judicial arrest warrant.

The investigation office at CoI stated receipt of information that there is a person impersonating an employee of the commission by using forged badge, he presents himself as an Inspector General. He has been arrested with red-handed and help of the Tourist Security Directorate in one of the capital`s hotels

The initial investigations showed that the accused impersonated an employee of commission by using a forged badge, he claimed that the badge issued by the commission of Integrity. The accused presents himself falsely as Inspector General to achieve an illegal aims. The Baghdad investigations Directorate in Commission of Integrity formed a work team and the accused was arrested with red-handed with assistance of Directorate of Tourist Security.

The accused was referred with evidences to competent investigating judge and he decided to arrest him according the article (298/292) sanctions.

Commission of Integrity called for citizen, more than once, to envisage caution in dealing with those claiming official position and demanding funds contrary to legal procedures, calling upon them to inform CoI about such cases to take legal actions against them. End
