CoI revealed that the Court of Appeal \ Federal Al-Rusafa, in its capacity as appealing of decision to cover former Secretary of Baghdad ( Na`im Aba`ub) by amnesty law, based on the two challenges s that submitted by it.

The Investigation Office in Commission, while speaking about the case`s details, clarified based on two challenges by CoI, the Court of Appeal \ Federal Al-Rusafa in its capacity as appealing decided to revoke the decision of covering the convicted (Na`im Aba`ub) by amnesty law, while the court decided to revoke the verdict decision that issued against him sentenced to imprison for one year in order to intensify it.

In early November, the commission announced that the Integrity Misdemeanor Court issued a sentence of one year`s imprisonment against (Na`im Aba`ub) to commit of many violations and exceeding of powers to rent and rehabilitate houses belong to Baghdad Ammanat, because the commission is not satisfied with the decision of imprisonment and to cover the convicted by amnesty law, submitted the two challenges for intensifying the decision of imprisonment and not to cover the convicted by amnesty law.
