CoI investigation team is continuing its investigative procedures regarding the reasoning that led to the decision issued by Amman first instance rights court. The decision forced the Iraqi government and the Ministry of Industry & Minerals to pay(53) fifty three  million dollars in addition to fees, expenditures and interests to the AL-Theqa Jordan Foundation  because the concerned entities did not take the required procedures which led to issuing the mentioned decision.

Certain officials, who are connected to the case, were summoned for listening to their statements. The committee also requested the previous audits of the federal board of supreme audit.  The committee as well checked the minutes, documents and business correspondence related the case.  The investigation will be finished after completing some of the answers for the investigative committees inquiries.
