During the last three courses (211) COI investigators take a legal oath after they finished specialized legal courses at the judicial institute in order to become legal investigators at COI investigation office.
The legal oath allows the investigators those who have bachelor`s degree in law to become legal investigators after they finished a specialized course at the judicial institute.
Knowingly that COI investigation office deals with corruption cases through assigning its investigators to check the information regarding the corruption at state offices. Specialized committee will cancel the information when there are no enough facts or filling it into a criminal case to be handled by the investigators under the supervision of the investigative judge from the higher judicial cancel.
