The deputy of president of Council of Representatives Dr Qusay Alsuhail disclosed his financial interest for this year to COI to be the second person fromCouncil of Representatives Presidency after his President Osama Alnejefy.
The official speaker to COI Hasan Kareem Aati expressed his big optimizing to witness the next week a wide initiatives from covered to disclosed there financial interest to the commission of integrity.
Aati said: government officials who early disclosed their financial interest reflected accurate and deep understanding for the meaning of responding for that action which embodies in one of it`s faces the safety of the coved situation and his high respect to his responsibility and heavy national trust of competences of the high position he holds.
The official speaker expressed his satisfaction that the current year will record high rates of response to that action provided in COI existing law in comparison with the previous years.
It is mentioned that COI applicable law imposes on civil senior officials from republic president to the director generals and security forces, from minister to major lieutenant to disclose their financial status to insure the legitimacy of the increase in their wealth and property as well as their wives and dependant sons after they held their high ranking posts in the government and according to their declared income.
This legal procedure aims to measuring the increase of them money in the officials work course and not to abuse their powers to illicitly enrich from or misuse the post.
