CoI conducted a workshop at the Iraqi Anti-corruption Academy to discuss its procedures of implementing the UNCAC obligations which Iraq agreed on and signed over, in 2007.
The workshop was attended by Deputy Commissioner Ezat Tawfeeq Jafar and the D.G. of the relations with NGO’s office in which some suggestions were giving to ensure the perfect implementation of the convention articles.
It also reviewed the steps that were conducted by the leading and subsidiary committees that were assigned to draw the commission’s strategy to apply the convention requirements and the commission’s program for participating in related international and regional conventions.
